Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging our services. By booking a session, enrolling in a programme, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Temple of Mind Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202625243C) is a Singapore-incorporated company ("we", "us", "our") providing personal development consulting, workshops, and facilitation services. Our registered address is 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422, Singapore.
We offer the following services:
The scope of each service will be agreed upon prior to commencement and confirmed in writing.
Engagements are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation and payment of the applicable deposit or full fee. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due as specified in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to pause or cancel services if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date.
Individual Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling more than 48 hours before the session will be accommodated without charge. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged in full.
Group Workshops: Cancellations more than 7 days before: full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations 3-7 days before: 50% refund. Within 72 hours: no refund; credit may be issued at our discretion.
Multi-Week Programmes: Cancellation before commencement: full refund minus a 20% administration fee. After commencement: no refund for completed sessions; remaining sessions may be credited at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full reschedule or refund.
Our services are focused on personal and professional development. They are not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional mental health support.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that: you are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing; results vary between individuals and depend on your commitment; we do not make guarantees about specific outcomes; and you will seek appropriate professional help if you are experiencing a mental health crisis.
We treat all information shared in sessions as strictly confidential and will not disclose session content to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm. We may use anonymised, non-identifiable insights to inform our practice. No identifying information will be shared without consent.
All materials, frameworks, methodologies, content, and resources provided by Temple of Mind Pte. Ltd. are our proprietary intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To get the most from our work together, you agree to: engage honestly in sessions; complete agreed practices between sessions; attend sessions on time; communicate proactively if something is not working; and treat all facilitators and group participants with respect.
If you provide a testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in our marketing materials. We will always seek your explicit permission before using your name, image, or identifying details publicly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temple of Mind Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance.
